Jim Heald - Owner & Founder Bio: Having worked for two other landscape companies before starting his own in 1986, Jim has vast experience in all things landscape, combining his love of the outdoors with his desire to provide great service. Whenever he can, Jim enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and working on racecars.

Tomas Mendez - Irrigation Supervisor Bio: Tomas has been with the company for 24 years and enjoys doing what he does best - irrigation work! When he's not installing or fixing sprinkler systems he loves to spend time with family, especially with his little nephews.

Kim Turner - Office Manager Kim has been with the company over 15 years now. In charge of scheduling service calls and book keeping she keeps the company running smoothly.
